Keith Loo
Keith Loo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Skinopathy, an Ontario-based medical technology company developing advanced AI solutions to improve the detection and management of skin diseases, wounds, and skin cancers. Under his leadership, Skinopathy has been recognized nationally and internationally for innovation, including awards from INSEAD, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Innovation Exchange, and selection as Canada’s representative at the 2024 Startup World Cup.
Keith brings more than twenty-five years of experience in technology and data strategy, having worked with global organizations such as Microsoft, Apple, Logitech, and IBM. His background includes advising major financial institutions, retailers, and telecommunications companies on digital transformation, Data & AI adoption, and innovation program development.
In addition to his executive work, Keith serves as an instructor at the Schulich School of Business at York University and as Special Advisor to the Executive Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He also sits on the Advisory Committee for the MBA in Technology Leadership, supporting the development of future leaders in the Canadian innovation ecosystem.
Keith is actively engaged in community and economic development. He is Chair of the Aurora Economic Development Corporation, Chair of the York Region Innovation Leadership Group, and a member of the Philanthropy Cabinet for the Southlake Health Foundation.
He is committed to advancing innovation in healthcare, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting initiatives that improve access, quality, and patient outcomes across the region.
